Day Tours:

All Day Tours must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are accepted via direct deposit. Deposit: If you wish to secure your booking and make payment at a later stage, a $75 per person, non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking. Full payment must be received no less than 7 days prior to tour commencement. Should you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations: Cancellations 10 or more days in advance, will receive a refund of 75% of total purchase price. Cancellations 4-9 days in advance, will receive a refund of 50% of your total purchase price. Cancellations 1-3 days in advance, will receive 25% of your total purchase refunded.

Cancellations within 24hrs of tour commencement, 100% of tour cost will be forfeited.
Minimum numbers: We require a minimum of 4 people for a day tour. In the unfortunate case where minimum numbers have not been met on the date of your booking, we will endeavour to book you on an alternate date.If an alternative does in unsuitable – you will be issued a full refund.

Multi day / Overnight Tours:

A 10% deposit, together with a signed booking form is required upon booking. Payment plans: available, upon request. A 10% deposit, together with a signed booking form is required upon booking. If you request a payment plan, we will contact you to organise 4 payment installments, to be completed 7 days prior to Tour departure.

Please read these conditions carefully before completing the booking form. Final payment of the balance is required 30 days prior to departure date for Domestic travel and 60 days prior to departure date for International travel.


Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • A booking cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure AEST – Deposit forfeited (*not including airline ticket/s).
  • A booking cancelled less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to departure AEST – 50% of the cost of the tour (*not including airline ticket/s) will be forfeited.
  • A booking cancelled less than 7 days before departure AEST – 100% of the total cost of the tour will be forfeited.

Any alteration to your booking after a deposit has been paid, e.g. flight change, will incur an amendment fee of $50 per person plus any fees imposed by suppliers e.g. airlines.

Date changes cannot be made within the above timeframes without adhering to the above conditions.

Other special cancellation conditions may also apply to a particular tour and these will be explained when booking these tours.

*Any request for refunds/cancellations that include airline services, are at the discretion of the airline. Airlines have their own terms and conditions and will usually (dependant on fare booked) impose a fee for cancellation and any changes. CC Tours and Travel will act on your behalf to request a refund/credit for flight portion of a tour however will not guarantee a refund/credit for this portion of the tour.


No refund is available within 7 days or once the tour has commenced for any services not utilised. All customers must obtain a medical certificate to withdraw from a tour within the timeframes outlined in Cancellation, amendment and refunds for medical reasons and advice CC Tours and Travel as soon as possible.

In the event CC Tours and Travel cancels a Tour, you will receive a 100% refund. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.


Personal Travel Insurance is not included in the tour price.

Personal comprehensive Travel Insurance, inclusive of cancellation of services including suppliers for example, but not limited to: Airline cancellations, loss of personal belongings and illness, is the sole responsibility of each customer. It is a condition of booking on all tours, each customer must obtain and ensure validity for tour duration. An emergency contact number and Travel Insurance policy number must be provided prior to travel.


CC Tours & Travel holds public liability insurance in its responsibility to both participants and venues. In the event of a claim, all dealings will be managed by our policyholder.
CC Tours & Travel takes no responsibility for your personal possessions on a tour. CC Tours & Travel has no liability for any act, omission, or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any supplier. Every effort is made to ensure you have a great experience on our tour.


We recommend that all passengers consult their doctor regarding necessary vaccinations/medication before any tour and are reasonably fit and healthy as any tour may include an element of moderate walking & activity.


All customers require a current passport with at least 6 months validity when travelling to any International destination.

You must also travel with adequate documentation when travelling domestically to satisfy airline and hotel checkin requirements.


CC Tours and Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary in the case of unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute suppliers if necessary.

CC Tours and Travel reserve the right to cancel a tour, with full refund of all monies paid and full assistance in finding an alternative tour with CC Tours and Travel, if applicable.

We will endeavor to advise all customers as soon as possible.


Flight departure times are shown on your etickets and itinerary.

Generally: check-in time for Domestic (within Australia) flights is two (2) hours before departure time; check in closes 45minutes prior departure time.

Check-in time for International flights is three (3) hours before departure time.

CC Tours and Travel advises all customers to ensure they are familiar with the airline supplier’s baggage limitations and charges prior to travelling.

We will not be responsible for any airline schedule changes, missed flights or late checkin, disruptions, cancellations or baggage policies/restrictions or excess charges.

We will not be responsible for any accomodation ancillary charges, for example but not limited to –

phone calls/minibar/laundry/room service/credit card surcharges/room upgrades or parking.


Prices quoted are current at the time of booking and in Australian Dollars.

Prices are subject to currency fluctuation and increases passed on by the suppliers, local tour operators or airlines and any government taxes or charges that may be levied between the time of quotation and date of departure.


Any traveler who requires any special consideration and/or assistance must have a full-time travel companion and must advise CC Tours and Travel at the time of requesting information about any tour.

CC Tours and Travel reserves the right to withdraw any customer from any tour, whose behaviour or attitude is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers, customers, staff and/or contractors and shall not be required to show reason. This includes intoxication. If CC Tours and Travel refuses to carry or accommodate any passengers/customers on these grounds, the passenger/customer will not be entitled to a refund of his/her money for any unused portion of the tour and will have no right to claim damages against CC Tours and Travel.

In the event of any customer/passenger soiling the interior of any CC Tours and Travel vehicle or any vehicle utilised for the purpose of transporting customers, a cleaning fee of AUD$500 will immediately apply to be paid at the time. The customer/s will be refused to participate in the remainder of the tour. No refund will apply for any unused portion of the tour.


If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and CC Tours & Travel, the laws of Australia will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.


CC Tours and Travel acts only as a tour agent for passengers with respect to services provided, included, but not limited to hotels, restaurants, sightseeing, and all forms of transportation. CC Tours and Travel takes all reasonable precautions to make the tours as safe as possible for tour passengers and others. CC Tours and Travel shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, whatsoever, suffered by the passenger/s or any other person, or any injury or death of any person. Howsoever, any such loss, damage, injury or death may be caused to arise; any travel involves some measure of personal risk that the passenger has to determine. CC Tours and Travel will not be responsible should the standard of the services be below the expectations of the passenger. Any questions regarding specific aspects of the tour can be directed to CC Tours and Travel via email or by telephone. Under the Trade Practices Act, consumers have a right to compensation if services are not provided with care and skill or if services are not reasonably fit for a particular purpose made known by the consumer. This right cannot be excluded. Subject to the above statutory rights, CC Tours and Travel shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused to persons or property however caused or arising during or in connection with the tour, including any service provided by contractors.
